First let's have a chat, it usually lasts about 30-minutes. This is a no-obligation consultation, from there we can book in a video call. That way I can speak to both of you and you can ask me anything regarding your day.

If we're all happy and the dates work you can go ahead and book me. There'll be a small deposit at this point to confirm the booking.

I'll email you a questionnaire, you'll need to fill these out individually so you can include things to surprise your partner. This also gives me a greater insight in to who you are and why you love the bejesus out of the person you've chosen to spend your life with.

Once I have received your questionnaires I'll arrange a chat with you individually where you can tell me your plans and ideas for the sort of wedding ceremony you would like. Don't worry if you have no idea at this point, that's one of the things we can talk about.

I'll write out your personal ceremony including all the individual parts we have spoken about. I will contact you individually for a read through of your unique sections. This way you can get a feel of it. I won't be reading your partners sections as it makes it more special when you hear their words about you for the first time on the day.

Even after the speech has been written we will remain in contact. If something changes or you want to add or remove a section it's best to tell me straight away. I can still do this on the day with no stress.

Before the big day I will need payment in full to confirm my services. This way everyone can enjoy themselves knowing it will all run smoothly.

On the day, I will arrive nice and early so I can talk about the running order and liaise with (if you have one one) the planner, photographer and venue staff.

Most importantly, I'll check-in with both of you to see how you are.
